Live Update-Japan Monster Tsunami March 11
* Lady Lara’s Friend in Japan. Saturday 03.12.11
My Friend is Japan is alive but in a great deal of emotional distress, despite being ranked higher than a a Polica Officer. X who wants to remain anonymous, sent first only a few words in the subject line through a social site. X already contacted me 2 years ago and asked to pray against a tsunami that was coming against Japan then but did fortunately miss it.
X wrote this “Dangers about Nuclear Plant are not told in the News. Tragedy is happening by the minute. This is the worst Japanese government ever”.
Personally, I think that any government will be overwhelmed by this kind of tragedy and this is only the beginning, without being rude.
The Japanese very sad situation seems CHERNOBYL-esque to me.
I am glad that America is helping again, even if will be the rarest thing that a Secretary of State has to speak about, referring to Ms. Hillary Clinton.
Please let us pray seriously for the Japan people to be safe and strong, despite Nuclear Plants threats and all kinds of sufferings.
How does it feel to survive a Tsunami? At this very moment in Japan:
- The fear of another Monster Quake might be strongly alive
- The fear of disappearance
The fear of disappearance is one of the oldest and strongest fears because it is difficult to track, define or not to be dominated by it. Lara Queen Black
- The fear of not knowing or just the opposite, the fear of receiving to much information and hesitating about every next step
- Old people must be suffering at explainable levels. In their minds, if they survived Hiroshima and Nagasaki, they could be thinking at divine retribution because Buddhim, The Japanese main belief, teaches them karma. Physically, they will need more medical attention
- Children cannot make any sense of this tragedy and might be crying uncontrollably or just do the wrong thing, which is suppress what is happening
- Adolescents are even more confused and many of them might need therapy
- People are searching for friends and family members
- People cannot recognize their houses
- People might not want to do anything at all out of fear for nuclear or any gossip that comes to their attention
- Food and water might become rare
- The nighttime must be horrible, in a way that you and I cannot imagin,e except if you can perceive a 911 experience caused by nature but extended to an area that is probably 1000 times bigger to the World Trade Center and exposed to a nuclear meltdown threat
- And later, the atrocious fear that sudden and forced lack or poverty might cause to people who are generally economically blessed. It went from richest Country #2 to Country #3 in less than a week.
Do not forget that the Japanese culture does not encourage the display of emotional pain. And that the Japanese people have expressed a out-of-this-world dignity throughout this disasters. We do not even know if it smells bad, this tells you something!
However, this is my soft… humble perception only! But do not under estimate the power of prayer. On day 1, it was announced that there would not be more than 160 victims. Please, pray if you are a believer.
The moment when the tsunami hits Japan on Day 1, March 11.

* U.S. troops, searchers and equipment arriving in Japan Saturday 03.12.11, Marc Berger
The first wave of promised aid from the United States began arriving in Japan on Saturday in the wake of the devastating 8.9-magnitude earthquake and resulting tsunami. More aid — in the form of equipment, staffers and search-and-rescue teams — was expected to arrive Sunday.
The United States was part of a growing international effort offering relief to Japan, whose government said it had received interest from 49 countries and the European Union.

In Shiroishi, a town near the area hardest hit by the quake, two SH-60 helicopters from U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi delivered 1,500 pounds of rice and bread donated by people in Ebina, southeast of Tokyo, the U.S. 7th Fleet, said in a statement Saturday. The fleet is headquartered in Yokosuka, just outside Tokyo.
Two destroyers, the USS McCampbell and USS Curtis Wilbur, were off Japan’s Boso Peninsula, which shelters Tokyo Bay, and were preparing to move into position “to assist Japanese authorities with providing at-sea search and rescue and recovery operations,” the 7th Fleet said.
An additional destroyer, the USS Mustin, will depart Yokosuka on Sunday. Eight other U.S. ships are en route to Japan from various locations, set to arrive Sunday or later in the week, according to the 7th Fleet. One, the USS Tortuga, departed Japan on Saturday night to pick up two helicopters in South Korea before returning in about two days.
Three ships from the USS Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group also are among the eight ships, the military said. “USS Ronald Reagan is prepared to serve as an afloat platform for refueling Japan Self Defense Force and other helicopters involved in rescue and recovery efforts ashore,” it said.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency and its partner agencies are on standby in case their assistance is needed, the agency said Friday.
California Gov. Jerry Brown said in a news release that he has “directed California’s Emergency Management Agency to make state resources available to the Japanese government.”
Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig even promised assistance from the major league. Citing “our shared love of baseball for more than a century,” Selig said in a statement that Japan is “a particularly special place to us” and that the league will provide aid in the coming days and weeks.
The American Red Cross is communicating with the Japanese Red Cross Society and its global partners, according to a statement from the agency. So far, the American Red Cross has not received any requests for blood.
The organization is encouraging people with loved ones in Japan to use the Red Cross “Safe and Well” website, an online tool that helps families connect during natural disasters and emergencies.
On Friday, President Barack Obama pledged to help the island country. “I offer our Japanese friends whatever assistance is needed,” he said. “Today’s events remind us how fragile life can be.”
On Friday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton offered “immediate disaster relief assistance” and added the United States is working closely with the Japanese government. Roos echoed those comments Saturday.
The State Department on Friday issued an alert against nonessential travel to Japan. The alert also said strong aftershocks are likely “for weeks” and included instructions for what to do if caught in an earthquake or aftershock.
Americans in Japan who need help, or people seeking information about a loved one in Japan, can send an e-mail to japanemergencyusc@state.gov, Jacobs said. Americans outside Japan but in tsunami-affected areas who need help, or people seeking information about an American in affected areas outside Japan, can e-mail pacifictsunamiusc@state.gov, she said.
A telephone information line also has been set up at 1-888-407-4747, said Jacobs, who encouraged people to use the e-mail options if possible. When seeking information about Americans in Japan or other affected areas, Jacobs said, people should provide the full name, birth date and location of the person, as well as any pre-existing medical conditions, and if they are elderly or a child.

* Walls fall, smoke pours from Japan nuclear plant Saturday 03.12.11

SENDAI, Japan – An explosion at a nuclear power station tore down the walls of one building Saturday as smoke poured out and Japanese officials said they feared the reactor could melt down following the failure of its cooling system in a powerful earthquake and tsunami.
It was not clear if the damaged building housed the reactor. Tokyo Power Electric Co., the utility that runs the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant, said four workers were injured but details were not immediately available.
Footage on Japanese TV showed that the walls of one building had crumbled, leaving only a skeletal metal frame standing. Puffs of smoke were spewing out of the plant.
“We are now trying to analyze what is behind the explosion,” said government spokesman Yukio Edano, stressing that people should quickly evacuate a six-mile (10-kilometer) radius. “We ask everyone to take action to secure safety.” Source Yahoo

Obama Visits Japan Embassy, Says America is ‘Heartbroken’ Over Tragedy
March 18, 2011 12:25 AM GMT
President Barack Obama made a visit to the Japanese embassy in Washington D.C. on Thursday, an unannounced arrival meant to show how “heartbroken” America was over the tragedy Japan faces in the wake of a massive earthquake and tsunami which have killed thousands of people and triggered a nuclear crisis.
During his visit, Obama signed a condolence book.
In the book, he wrote:
“My heart goes out to the people of Japan during this enormous tragedy. Please know that America will always stand by one of its greatest allies during this time of need.
Because of the strength and wisdom of its people, we know that Japan will recover, and indeed will emerge stronger than ever.
And as it recovers, the memory of those who have been lost will remain in our hearts, and will serve only to strengthen the relationship between our two countries. May God bless the people of Japan.”
Obama also told reporters that he offered sympathy for the lives lost and those who are now displaced.
Obama said with he was “confident” Japan will rebuild and praised its “strong” and “dedicated people.”
“We are so grateful to the president and the people of the United States,” said Abassador of Japan Ichiro Fujisake.
If someone had told me about this tragedy in Japan at the beginning of the month, I would have called him names.
Ask that lady gaga. She said that her new cd will change the world. I never read that witch, but her line popped up my browser. And gaga was right, it came with the tsunami in Japan. I was kind of expecting a tragedy, when gaga said that weird thing about changing the world while she is so vulgar AND mean, but never in this size. Her wristband? It reminds me sorcerers and witches who cry the most when their victims are dead. But I might be wrong:)
Gaga is indeed a witch. I wonder why people cannot see witch-ness through. She is cursing humanity while giving gift to get more money openly.
