This has been the most recent media glimpse on the sexual assault case, which took place in a New York City hotel, implicating a French Politician, who probably was looking for an American free (above the Law) game before becoming President or not:


Dominique Strauss-Kahn, former chief of the IMF told police he had diplomatic immunity when he was first detained at a New York airport. Strauss-Kahn, 62, who is awaiting trial on charges of sexually assaulting and attempting to rape a Manhattan hotel maid on May 14, made the statement after police stopped him at John F. Kennedy International Airport the day of the alleged attack, according to a filing by Manhattan prosecutors.

Once a leading candidate for the French presidency, Strauss- Kahn pleaded not guilty on June 6. If convicted of the key charges in the case against him, he faces a long 25 year prison sentence.

If Law Enforcement interpellates you on a plane, why would you say UPFRONT that you got “Diplomatic Immunity”, if you have not committed a mischief nor a crime? Because these are questions that I would have politely but firmly asked the Police, in case I would have faced an arrest on a commercial plane:
First of all
- Are you true Police Officers? Identify yourselves, please.
And then in any order
- What is going on?
- Is there a problem with someone in my family?
- Are you not mistaking me for someone else?
- Did I not pay my hotel bill? They got my debit card on file.
- But, what is the problem again?

And I am not even a woman with a super career, nor do I have a multi-millionnaire husband.

If Mr Strauss Khan would have definitely won the 2012 Presidential Election In France, the ignonimity of his alleged crime, must attract him more voters, especially when this is a so-called lie. Shouldn’t this crime, for which he is supposedly falsely accused provoke a sea of French sympathy, instead of sinking DSK chances to win? It cannot because too many people, including his inner circle know that Strauss-Khan is only not a recidivist, because he has never been trialed before in another similar case in Country France, where sexual harassment is most of the times overlooked. Interestingly enough, no one and nothing still forbids Mr. Strauss-Khan to submit a candidature for the 2012 French Presidency. By the way, there goes also the theory that President Sarkozy has framed him into water. The whole world is free to name Mr. Strauss Khan the next President of France in Court at the trial to impress New York. But then again, we might as well call ourselves cruel and stupid when rejoicing at the idea that Ms. Diallo and other people out there overcome sad and tragic obstacles to end up tortured mentally by a powerful man or woman. This is, min or less, what Ms Diallo has been through; forced marriage, death of her husband, death of her 2 years old child, forced separation with her only remaining child, no contact with her sister who invited her in New York, re-adaptaptation in a new country, working 2 non-glamorous jobs and all the things that she hides out of dignity,-but she remained positive by trying to be a good example for her teenage daughter.

Still, in France the massa do not want to be hypocrite about DSK case and it wants to seize this as a opportunity to break the bondage of sexual harassment and crime, as well as its consequences. America’s protective laws towards its citizens, make us feel quite barbaric and not liberated as we always have claimed in songs and poetries. The majority of French people are waiting for Mr Strauss-Khan to pay for his crime the American way, if he is found guilty. The people here is baffled by the ruthless antics strategies orchestrated by Stauss-Khan’s team to try and destroy Ms Diallo, such as trying to get her deported from the USA OR trying to offer her money until she drops the case. The only problem is this one: in France or anywhere else the majority loses when the majority does nothing.

I hope that many of you readers know now, that many African women consider the act of fellatio as the ultimate curse, and this is in a consensual context!

However, my Spirit has asked me to start a public support page for Nafissatu Diallo since a week. I chose Facebook, which refuses me to mention her complete name on her page. It might become even weirder because I am stalked these days by strange people talking in mics here in Paris, without any official reason and my permission.

The reason of this surveillance (the one I can imagine) might be the only thing new that I have beein doing these last 3 months. I like to poll friends, acquaintances and people on the streets about important subjects such as Egypt, Lybia, DSK, Obama, Japan etc because their different of same perception always fascinates me; what is wrong with this?

But if the new invasion of my privacy is due to another motive, I will not be afraid neither, while my intruders’ lack of discretion is intended as usual. As a Black Woman, you learn quickly enouth that sometimes people will do weird things to you, because they want you to talk about it and look weird, therefore unreliable. What’s up Doc? I always have looked bad otherwise I would already be a Celebrity thanks to all the difficult talks I have accomplished without getting one real reward (At my disappointment,of course. What can you do? White people only open the doors to theirs, but I did not verify this statement yet.).

Anyway, I did the Ms. Diallo page, to send her and her closest ones support, as well as hundreds of abused people who are still too afraid to talk their ordeal at the risk of letting danger continue to be a silent pestilence.

They are planting strong seeds of rumor here in France that Ms Diallo is the long time secret Mistress of Dominique Strauss Khan (I know this is not true because she would not be working as a Maid in a hotel) and that she has been paid to lie (I do not believe this neither, because if she is illegal in America as you are trying to prove now, a perjury of this size will attract the attention on her immigration status, don’t you think?).

You cannot like her page for revenge nor politics. But at the update of this blog, do not mind want the Ms. Nafissatu Diallo Page is back after deletion; please add your supportive click!Maybe the temporary page’s disappearance has a very good reason, because Eman Obaidi, the sexually assaulted Lybian woman could have as many Facebook pages as people wanted!

Between brakets, what is so French Lover about Dominque Strauss Khan, that women must fall on his knees, while he is a married man? Like any other sexual violent man (His other abusive affairs are less media protected and more read-between-the-lines), he comes out as “very ugly” to me. If Dominique Strauss Khan had forced his finger into my mouth, I would have bitten it and probably spit it outside the window of the New York hotel. This also tells me that the victim was too much in shock to defend herself over something that never happened to her before in a romantic setting.

Ironically, the actual Ms Strauss Khan has been for years a ruthless and honest TV Journalist, who was a Celebrity for grilling Politicians until they pulled an handkerchief for their forehead and the truth at the same time for her, while Ms Strauss Khan grimmed satisfied at her kind of intellectual entrapment. I was too young then for the subject matters but I could tell every time a President was leaving her show deeply humiliated. Ms SK was a French mix of Barbara Walter using some Ann Coulterish meaness, this is simply unthinkable to Americans. My father’s newspaper was to afraid to report her primetime exploits the day after. My mother said that she could only already know these Politicians personally to be able to intimidate them. Where is this Ms Strauss Khan former Sinclair -who was always passionate to find justice and truth which a knife in her mouth for the persecuted- gone? I admired her highly then and I could have never imagined Anne Sinclair in the midst of a plotting team against a struggling woman.

Personally, I am glad that I am a butterfly concerning role models, because I would have been extremely confused by all of this today.
Ms Strauss Khan seems to be a whole new person now. And in a few months, I will learn if I am a better person than her. A comparison of this kind is only a ego thing, but if feels great. And fortunately, things in life are never permanent.

Spiritually, you think that whatever is behind the picture of the devoted wife and daughter who served first as alibi, is what forces Ms Strauss Khan to empty her resources for her husband. There is that weird kind of fear in her eyes, as if she was not protected more than the man…Photos talk to me, but then again I might not interprate it correctly as they speak to rapidly.

In the meantime, 2 French women have dared to go to talk and start a court procedures against their former boss: a French Minister or Secretary of States (In American-English). I heard them explain on TV an hour ago that they received credible dead threats. Maybe the fact that Dominique Strauss Khan Team is enraged that Ms Diallo is not available to them, should be taken into consideration seriously!

Is Ms Diallo, a Hotel Maid born in a developing country, the modern Joan D’arc of abused women in France? Yes, but it would be too dangerous to spell it clearly because the ignorance of sexual harassments is one of the privileges, enjoyed by an unknown group of people.

IQ allows us to advance materially, but intelligence of the heart is what makes the world a better better truly.

It was predicted in some French newspaper, that Ms Diallo is so poor that she will accept the money and Strauss-Khan will never go to court. The trial is going to be a long day! May God bless Mr Kenneth Thompson.
