Obama focuses on domestic job growth-Master Lock, Milwaukee

I don’t know if it’s only me. I find that Barack Obama connection power has tremendously increased since he made the “Call for unity” speech in Tucson, Arizona last year.

President Obama speaks at the Master Lock factory in Milwaukee in support of domestic job growth.

Milwaukee, WisconsinMilwaukee is the largest city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin, the 28th most populous city in the United States and 39th most populous region in the United States. It is the county seat of Milwaukee County and is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan.

According to 2010 census data, the City of Milwaukee has a population of 594,833. Milwaukee is the main cultural and economic center of the Milwaukee–Racine–Waukesha Metropolitan Area with a population of 1,751,316 as of 2010. Milwaukee is also the regional center of the seven county Greater Milwaukee Area, with an estimated population of 2,014,032 as of 2008.

CNN Poll: Obama approval rating back to 50% mark

Share this post and make BlackQueenLara.com your homepage. Thank you."

Washington-President Barack Obama’s approval rating is back to 50% for the first time in more than eight months, and he currently holds an edge against all the remaining Republican presidential candidates in hypothetical head-to-head match-ups, according to a new national survey.
"Independents now have a net-positive view of President Obama," says Holland.
And a CNN/ORC International Poll released Wednesday also indicates that the GOP’s advantage on enthusiasm has been erased, and that the number of Americans who think things are going well in the country is on the rise. Six out of ten say things are going poorly in the country, but four out of ten say things are going well, up 15 points since November.

“Does that mean it’s morning in America? It is for Democrats – a solid majority of them now say things are going well in the country. But overall, six in ten still have a gloomy outlook about the state of the country,” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. “Optimism is on the rise among independent voters, with a notable increase among men as well, although a majority of both groups still think things are going poorly.”

The rise of Americans who say things are going well appears to be helping the president, whose approval rating now stands at 50%, with 48% saying they disapprove of the job Obama’s doing in the White House. The president’s approval rating has edged up three points from last month and is up six points from November. The last time Obama’s approval rating was at 50% or above was last May, as a result of the killing of Usama bin Laden, and it stayed there for about a month before fading.

I just wish the debt would go down. Or at least stop going up. I’m 23 and just got married. Studying to get my master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Scared of what kind of debt my children will run into. I have no debt, but paid for college myself. I also spent two unpaid years in Africa performing volunteer work. Why can’t the government get its finances together? Should I run for office?

Of course, Pres. Obama is up. You cannot keep a good man down, no matter how hard you try. Meanwhile, Republicans keep trying to put Pres. Obama into a box, but keep springing it on themselves.

Tired of republican lies
We’re baaack! The only one that cares about the middle class and all americans, working tirelessly to fix the gawd awful mess that Dubya got us into…I will work hard to get President Obama re-elected. None of these fools running have anything to offer that is credible.

Well, there is no science to these polls for Obama. If the economy is doing better, people view the president better. If the economy worsens, people view the president in the negative view. There is a lot of division in the GOP which helps the president, but there a long time until November and really these polls don’t mean squat because it is just a snap shot.

Election 2012, The Truth

Share this post and make BlackQueenLara.com your homepage. Thank you."

If we’ve learned anything from the Republican primaries, it’s that this is no ordinary election.

The GOP candidates are spending a huge amount of time attacking President Obama — no surprise. But instead of basing their attacks on our differences of opinion, they’ve chosen to run on claims about his record that just aren’t true.

Mitt Romney says that, despite 23 consecutive months of job growth under the President’s watch, he’s made the recession “worse.” Rick Santorum says that the Affordable Care Act, which was based in part on Republican proposals and provides millions of Americans with access to affordable, private health insurance, is a government takeover of health care. They’re not acting alone: With the newfound power of outside groups, these lies can be instantly amplified with millions of dollars in special-interest ad spending.

If the other guys are going to run a campaign based on misrepresenting the President’s record — and their own — we have two options: sit back and let these lies go unchallenged, or fight back with the truth.

We’re fighting back. Today we’re introducing a new resource for grassroots supporters who want to make sure that when voters go to the polls in November, they know the truth — and you should be a part of it.

Please, sign up and be part of The Truth Team.

The website has three sections to reflect the team’s goals: KeepingHisWord, where we’ll communicate about President Obama’s record and promises kept; AttackWatch, to fight back against false attacks on the President; and KeepingGOPHonest, where we’ll debunk the Republicans’ false claims about their own records.

In short, it’s the grassroots communications team of the Obama 2012 campaign. We’ll provide resources for you to learn everything you need to know and tools to help you share it with undecided voters in your life.

Communicating about the President’s record — and that of our opponents — is what I do full-time. But people don’t just want to hear from campaign statements or ads — they want to hear from the family and friends they trust.

The President needs folks on board to roll up their sleeves, stand with him, and get the truth out all over the country.

So the next time you hear Mitt Romney accusing the President of “crony capitalism” or someone asking, “What has President Obama really accomplished?” you’ll know what to do.

If you’re ready to fight lies with the truth, sign up now:

Lara

Poll: Are you shocked or not at this First Lady Michelle Obama alien’s picture?

Share this post and make BlackQueenLara.com your homepage. Thank you."

I found the following photo of Michelle Obama online, on a British newspaper. In this illustration, Michelle Obama seems to be enjoying a private moment, but this kind of controversial images should be kept private because she is a First Lady.

Personally, I think that this picture should be given back to First Lady Michelle Obama, who chooses which one of her friends or family members can see it.

Because in the picture, Michelle Obama seems to look at something very huge or strange or both.

Now, the text under the photo was okay. It read:

The navy sleeveless chiffon dress, in a floral pattern, cost a mere snippet in comparison to what the Taiwan-born designer usually charges for his coveted frocks, which run into the thousands of dollars.

The first lady chose to pair her dress with a red belt, rather than the ‘gold’ – closer to a mustard yellow – accessory that is sold with the dress.
Sold out online and in most Target stores, the cut-price dress is just one component of the designer’s collaborative line that sold out within hours…

But the overexcited or alien expression on Michelle Obama’s face in the photo above, couldn’t have been meant for public eyes. And if it is not, you and I can try and stop such bizarre photo publishing before it escalates by twitting this poll over.
Truth Team

Tell me what you think in this poll.

Call back later and check the results. In the meantime forward this poll to your friends.

Thank you.
